Your Child and the COVID- 19 Vaccine: A Tri-School Panel Discussion
Families are invited to join us on Wednesday, November 17, from 7-8 p.m. for a virtual panel discussion about the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5-11.
Experts from the Bryn Mawr, Gilman, and Roland Park Country School communities can answer your questions, including, Are the side effects in children different from those in adults? Should my 11-year-old get vaccinated now or wait for the full dose at age 12? Does vaccinating my child mean he/she can unmask?
Monique Soileau-Burke, MD, FAAP, P’26 Vice President of the Maryland Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, will moderate the discussion. The panelists are:
