Gym Drill and Bazaar Information
Bryn Mawr will hold its annual Gym Drill and Bazaar on Friday, May 2, 2025. Read below for details and updates on campus logistics.

*Gym Drill is a required event for Middle and Upper School students. Any absences must be approved by Division Directors and Dean of Students
Parents and Families Invited!
As always, parents and families are invited to watch their students perform in Gym Drill and stay for fun and food at Bazaar. (As a reminder, only Middle and Upper School students perform dances at Gym Drill. Fifth graders participate in the passing of class banners toward the end of the event). Check the Bazaar page to purchase wristbands, buy tickets for our 50/50 raffle, and learn more about the food truck offerings. And, please see the parking information below!
PARKING
This will be an extremely crowded day at Bryn Mawr with hundreds of guests, plus Bazaar rides, games and vendors set up around campus.
- On-campus parking lots are reserved for vendors and guests needing accessible parking. Please plan to park in the surrounding neighborhood or at St. Mary's Seminary, 5400 Roland Avenue.
- We will have minibus shuttles between St. Mary's Seminary and Bryn Mawr from noon to 2 p.m and 3:00 to 6:30 p.m.
- It’s also an easy walk! See the shuttle map here.
- Carpooling and ridesharing are encouraged!
- Please be respectful of our neighbors’ driveways and street signage.
