The 84 talented and motivated students of the Class of 2019 will attend 62 colleges and universities across the U.S., and abroad. Students were collectively offered more than $4.5 million dollars in scholarships to colleges and universities. Ten student athletes will play sports at the collegiate level.
The end goal of the college counseling process at Bryn Mawr is for each girl to find the right "fit" – a program that will be both challenging and fulfilling. Director of College Counseling Patricia Whalen expressed her pride in the Class of 2019 saying, "This year’s matriculation list is wonderfully representative of the expansive range of who our students really are—engineers, artists, athletes, scientists, leaders, writers, environmentalists, top scholars, involved activists and strong self-advocates. This class is a sisterhood of strength and potential."
